Commis de Cuisine - Colleague Dining
We are seeking a highly skilled Commis de Cuisine to join our Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich team.
The Mandarin Oriental Savoy, Zurich is located in the heart of the Old Town, in the main business center, close to the city's leisure attractions and just a short walk from the shores of Lake Zurich. Our hotel features 80 guest rooms and suites, as well as three dining venues, including an all-day dining restaurant, a specialty restaurant, and a lobby lounge.
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the flawless preparation, quality, and appealing presentation of our food, in accordance with our high-quality standards.
The ideal candidate will have completed training as a chef, professional experience in a similar function, preferably in the upscale hotel/catering industry, flexibility and ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication, teamwork, and organizational skills.

The estimated salary for this role is CHF 45,000 - CHF 55,000 per year, depending on experience.
