Retail Marketing Specialist
About the role
The role of the Retail Marketing Specialist is to offer day-to-day support and assistance to the Retail Marketing team in implementing activations and education projects. This role will facilitate the execution and delivery of many of the strategic brand marketing campaigns into Retail environments, to bring our EMEA vision to life in key channels whilst enabling the personalization across our key retailers and ensuring on-time, best-in-class delivery.
What you’ll do in the role
KEY ACTIVATIONS SUPPORT & EXECUTION
Support in delivering promotions in EMEA and managing the logistical process to enable a successful and timely execution in markets of the promotions.
Responsible for the deployment of all key promotions and their execution at retailers, including briefing agencies and promo toolkit creation.
Assess market/retailer needs for supporting activations and closely work with the activation coordinator to deliver POS/ePOS.
EDUCATION DELIVERY & SUPPORT
Lead the implementation and execution of key education programs.
Responsible for delivering in-store education via the Tapscan technology, liaising with the activation coordinator to implement on POS.
BEST PRACTICE/KPIs SHARING & SALES SUPPORT
Communicate quarterly key initiatives to promote best practice (monthly/quarterly update).
Support the team with ROI reporting on key promotion/education initiatives and budgetary investment.
Prepare and share pharma channel market data with internal stakeholders (IMS).
Back up to the activation coordinator for offline/online customer-specific activation requests.
What will help you do the job well
University Degree with a marketing bias or at least 2+ years demonstrating a similar skill set.
Project management skills/Operational discipline.
Good financial awareness/business analysis & cross-functional knowledge.
Experience of managing reports.
Fluent in English (spoken and written), French a plus.
