To strengthen our Process Excellence team we are looking for an experienced Business Process Engineer. In this role you are responsible to structure, implement and maintain resilient processes and live your passion for process management. You will report to the Head Process Excellence and working place will be in Olten.
Your main tasks
4. Analyze, develop and improve processes in close collaboration with the process owners to ensure the respective processes are effective and efficient
5. Support the identification of risks within the processes and support the design of corresponding controls in alignment with Alpiq’s ICS
6. Lead or participate in projects for business process improvements
7. Maintain and enhance the process documentation in the BPM Tool (Signavio)
Your profile
8. Master degree in Business Administration / Engineering or equivalent
9. At least 3-5 years of relevant experience as Business Process Engineer Good command of MS Office, experience with Signavio is an advantage
10. Structured and analytical mindset
11. Independent, open-minded personality
12. Proficient in English and German and ideally advanced in French or Italian
13. Ideally profound ICS and process improvement knowledge/experience
