Your Role:
* Toolmaker or polymechanic training completed.
* Several years of experience in wire-cutting and/or die-sinking EDM.
* Experience with 5-axis machines is advantageous.
* Familiarity with Heidenhain control is an advantage.
* Passion for high-tech materials.
* Ability to work independently and take personal responsibility.
* Fluency in German or English, with a willingness to learn the basics of the other language.
About Us
Welcome to the Audi F1 Project. Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship from 2026.
We have two locations: Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) and the Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland).
The Power Unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for the development of the chassis and race operations.

Your Responsibilities
* Manufacturing parts and components for our racing cars.
* Performing wire-cutting and die-sinking EDM work.
* Creating wire-cutting programmes using PEPS CAM software.
* Working independently at a 5-axis machining centre.
* Setting up and running the programmes created on the CAM according to the specified parameters.
* Ensuring the highest quality and reliability of the work results.
* Responsibility for the timely completion of orders.
* Deployment in a two-shift operation.
