As a Hotel Teen Club Activity Leader, you will be working in a stunning luxury resort as part of a large international team. The majority of the guests are from the United Kingdom, Greece, Germany, USA, and France.
We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic, and outgoing people to work in a luxury resort for the summer, keeping Teen hotel guests entertained. The role would ideally suit a person who has a sports or activity instructor background, as it enables you to get involved with all of the facilities that the resort has to offer. From scuba diving to water sports, football tournaments, and boat trips – you will provide and supervise action-packed activities to ensure the Teens have a fantastic holiday and one to remember – so lots of energy and enthusiasm is required!
Responsibilities: Run the Teen Club within the hotel for children aged 12-17 years
Plan and deliver an exciting, action-packed weekly activity programme
Ensure all health and safety policies, procedures, and risk assessments are in place, operational, and updated as necessary
Be responsible for the safety and welfare of the children within your care and ensure they are always having fun
Support and provide feedback to the WK Childcare Manager
Liaise directly with the parents of the children attending the club and provide feedback to them
Attend daily and weekly briefings with the WK Childcare Manager
Update the WK Kids Management System on a daily basis
Be the face of WK within the hotel or resort
Qualifications: Experience working with children aged 12-17 years
Excellent guest relations and customer service skills
Endless enthusiasm and a professional, positive attitude towards providing first-class service
A good communicator who is adaptable, resourceful, patient, and diplomatic
Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Fluent in English
Professional and positive attitude
Sports background
Previous supervisory/management experience
Professional Childcare/Teaching qualification
Knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous
