Job Title: Team Assistant
Location: Baar, Switzerland
We are seeking an experienced temporary Team Assistant to work in our headquarters in Baar. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy structured work in a diverse and fast-paced environment.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
* Organize meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling and coordination
* Arrange travel arrangements, such as flight schedules, visa requirements, accommodation, and transfer bookings for functional leads and visitors as needed
* Prepare regular reports, such as expenses, meeting minutes, and communication materials
* Perform general administrative duties, including invoice management and processing, preparing memos, and other correspondence
* Manage schedules and calendars
* Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls and correspondence, including mail
* Maintain certain databases
* Onboard new team members

Minimum Requirements:
* Solid educational background
* Demonstrated previous experience working in Administration in an international and multicultural environment
* Fluent in English (corporate language)
* Advanced competence in the use of MS Office suite (especially Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and DocuSign)
* Holding a Swiss work permit or passport holder of CH/EU
