* Maximize sales and sustain long-term profitability.
* Co-design, plan, deliver, and lead implementation of the commercial action plan for your store.
* Secure competent and high-performing teams and leaders who empower every coworker to understand their contribution.
* Motivate and inspire your team to promote our range, services, and knowledge of home furniture and develop the business.
* Participate in the Commercial Team, contributing experience and knowledge in sales and our sales processes to find optimal ways of working.
