Job Description:
Lead the techno-commercial sales process to provide project owners, architects, specifiers, and engineers with sustainable construction solutions, intervening in the early stages of projects (e.g., conceptual and design phases). Partner with architectural and design firms on sustainable projects, offering guidance on product selection, sustainability certifications, and eco-friendly design principles. Act as a one-stop shop, offering support from project conceptualization to deployment stages, and bridge the gap between R&D and market-oriented activities, contributing to the successful development and commercialization of innovative and value-added products and solutions.
Main Accountabilities:
1. Conduct customer conversations with prescribers to promote and position sustainable construction solutions and manage the portfolio of ongoing/future projects.
2. Manage the Products Deployment team by coordinating project deployment activities, ensuring schedules are met, and monitoring their progress and objectives.
3. Ensure training and dissemination of information about sustainable solutions within local operations and among third-party stakeholders or customers.
4. Coordinate communication, promotion, incentives, and marketing campaigns for sustainable solutions with local operations and the Customer Market & Intelligence Research team.
5. Follow up with local operations on the deployment plan and execution of innovative products and solutions.
6. Ensure project monitoring and manage connections with the commercial/sales force to define pricing and validate sales.
Position Requirements:
1. 3 years of experience working in cement, concrete, or R&D; or in sustainable construction.
2. Advanced proficiency in English; Spanish would be a plus.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively represent the executive.
5. Strong presentation skills, adept at public speaking, and self-motivated.
