Customer Service Representative 100% H/F
In this role you manage order-to-cash activities and provide logistics support for internal and external customers. You will play a crucial role in ensuring order fulfillment, maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting global logistics operations.
DESCRIPTION DE LA MISSION
1. Manage the entire order fulfillment process, including order creation, product availability, invoicing, and on-time delivery.
2. Coordinate logistics operations.
3. Ensure ERP system accuracy for customer data, sales orders, and invoicing with full traceability.
4. Handle post-sales service activities and customer complaints/enquiries to completion.
5. Organize and oversee return shipments (RMA) for investigation purposes.
6. Monitor and improve customer service processes, documenting and updating procedures as needed.
7. Establish and track KPIs.
PROFIL ATTENDU
1. Business apprenticeship (CFC) in International Economy & Trade, Business Administration, or similar.
2. Minimum of 5 years' experience in a Customer Service/Order Management role.
3. Fluent in English, any other language is a plus.
4. Experience in an environment with ISO 13485 standards.
5. Good knowledge in import/export, international trade compliance, 3PL management, and shipping processes.
6. Strong customer service orientation, with a 'can-do' attitude and ability to work under pressure.
7. Excellent communication and organisation skills.
