Are you a dynamic student, full of energy, and ready to dive into the exciting world of IT in the financial sector? Are you looking for a position that allows you to gain hands-on experience with the latest technology? If you're passionate and eager to learn, we invite you to join our team.
As a working student, you will support the Windows 11 upgrade project, assist with preparing new computers, plan personal onboardings, and guide users through the initial steps with the new operating system. Your role will evolve as you gain experience and take on more complex challenges.

What You Will Do
- Preparing new computers with Windows 11, ensuring the hardware configuration matches specifications.
- Assisting users with their first steps during onboarding, including handing over the computer, helping with the first login, checking settings, and configuring.
- Planning time slots for users to collect their computers.
- Assisting with configuration checks to ensure all settings and configurations are correctly applied.
- Providing ad-hoc support to the IT support team as needed.
What You Bring
- Ongoing bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
- Service- and solution-oriented mindset: customer satisfaction is key!
- Ability to work effectively in a team and independently, strong time management skills, and proactivity.
- Excellent oral and written English skills; German is a plus but not required.
- Experience with Windows operating systems and basic IT support tasks would be an advantage.
- You are used to stressful situations and can handle them well.
