Our client is a medical device company that is using their state-of-the-art products to drive a huge expansion of their sales team across the whole of Europe and beyond. They have seen 54% growth over the past two years and are looking for an Area Sales Manager.
This role will be primarily responsible for their Transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation (TAVI) portfolio. They are seeking someone that will play a key role in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve regional targets, manage and oversee a team of sales representatives, and build and maintain relationships with key healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
Responsibilities:
To build and maintain a formal business relationship with hospital finance departments for timely receipt of payments
Participate in proper transfer pricing discussions with country head in accordance with market dynamics and company pricing strategy
Identify, build, manage, and grow an effective network of distributors, sub-distributors & independent sales agents to increase product penetration as per organizational business and growth objectives
Business Development – Existing and New Hospitals
Market research – primary and secondary
Requirements:
Experience in the past two years in selling TAVI products
