Lead Manager Role

The Lead Manager plays a crucial role as the first point of contact for potential leads. Your primary responsibility is to engage, qualify, and nurture inbound and outbound leads, setting up appointments for our Acquisition Specialists.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain strong relationships with potential leads through professional communication.
2. Manage a robust pipeline of leads and determine their level of motivation.
3. Set a minimum of 10 qualified appointments per week for Acquisition Specialists.
4. Achieve and exceed performance metrics, including call volume, speed-to-lead time, and appointments booked.
5. Maintain accurate documentation and tracking of lead activity using CRM software.
Qualifications
We're seeking an ambitious sales professional with a passion for real estate and strong communication skills.
* Proven experience in sales, inside sales, or a similar customer-facing role.
* Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to build rapport over the phone.
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple leads efficiently.
* Tech-savvy, with experience using CRM systems and communication tools.
