Job Description: You will report to the Team Leader HR Business Partnering and will have the following responsibilities:
Act as the primary point of contact for line managers and employees in the assigned divisions, providing guidance and support on HR matters.
Lead and execute talent acquisition activities to support the recruitment plans for the assigned areas.
Advise and assist line managers in addressing employee relations issues, such as complaints, personnel challenges, immigration matters, policy inquiries, and other HR topics.
Contribute to the development, revision, and implementation of HR policies and guidelines in alignment with global HR standards and programs.
Collaborate closely with business controllers to manage budget, headcount, and workforce planning initiatives.
Minimum Requirements: University degree or further education in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in a similar role.
Strong expertise in local HR legislation, company policies and processes combined with some experience with international teams/environments.
Fluency in (Swiss) German and English.
Full proficiency in MS Office is a must and knowledge of Success Factors is highly appreciated.
