We are currently seeking a talented and experienced Radar Systems Engineer to join our team. As a Radar Systems Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the design, development, and testing of radar systems for our defense and aerospace clients.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead and manage radar system projects, ensuring the timely completion of deliverables and adherence to project budgets.
2. Perform data and signal processing tasks, including the development of test cases and the execution of CDRs (Critical Design Reviews) and PDRs (Preliminary Design Reviews).
3. Conduct data analysis and modeling to optimize radar performance.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement radar components, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
5. Stay up to date with the latest advancements in radar technology and apply them to enhance our radar systems.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
2. Strong knowledge of radar systems, including the understanding of primary and secondary radar.
3. Proficiency in designing functional and block diagrams for radar components.
4. Experience with air surveillance radar, particularly military radar, is highly preferred.
5. Familiarity with RF technology and software tools such as Matlab.
6. Excellent communication skills in German, English, French as a plus.
7. Swiss or EU nationality, with eligibility for Swiss security clearance.
8. Experience in the defense industry, specifically on military projects, is desired but not mandatory.
9. Competitive salary ranging from 110'000CHF-125'000CHF, with additional compensation for German language proficiency.
