Sales Campaigns: Design and execute effective sales campaigns, including outreach, presentations, and negotiations. Revenue Growth: Drive revenue growth through sponsorship sales, exhibitor sales, and ticket sales for tech events. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, operations, and content teams to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional attendee experience. Reporting: Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in event sales, with a focus on tech events preferred. Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the ability to grow, inspire and lead a high-performing sales team. Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Industry Knowledge: In-depth knowledge of the tech industry and its key players. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Relationship Building: Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, sponsors, and partners. Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Managerial role: Managerial role in event sales industry.
