Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the day-to-day administration of trusts and corporate structures.

Prepare and process documentation related to trust administration.

Liaise with internal teams, clients, and external service providers.

Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.

Support senior team members with various administrative tasks.

Conduct basic financial and legal research related to trust management.

Profile:
-
Recent graduate with a degree in Finance, Business Administration, Law, or a related field.

Internship experience in a financial institution, preferably in an administrative role, in a bank, accountants or legal office.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
-
Fluency in English; French is an asset.
