The Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Global Account Manager to lead and expand our Advanced Analytics portfolio. This position could be based in Europe or North America. The role is full-time, permanent and 100% remote with some travel required.
This role requires a proactive approach to developing and implementing account strategies, managing client interactions, and driving business growth through well-structured proposals and follow-up on client discussions. As a key liaison, you’ll coordinate with our Advanced Analytics team to deliver the insights our clients need while positioning us as a trusted partner. This is the perfect role for somebody with a background in Agriculture, Sales and Data. Responsibilities
Client Development: Drive account growth by identifying needs for Advanced Analytics that align with the client’s priorities across regions, with a focus on both key and smaller accounts.
Client Review Meetings: Lead and coordinate regular client review meetings, presenting insights and strategic updates tailored to the client’s objectives.
Business Development & Follow-Up: Proactively follow up on client discussions, identify new opportunities, and prepare structured proposals that build value in the account.
Insight Facilitation: Collaborate with client success and delivery teams to ensure the delivery of timely, actionable insights aligned with the client’s evolving needs.
Liaison with Advanced Analytics Team: Work closely with the advanced analytics team to provide client feedback and support product improvement.
Project & Timeline Coordination: Oversee timelines and deliverables with cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, high-quality insights.
Thought Leadership & Structured Communication: Provide strategic insights through structured presentations and documentation, translating data into meaningful stories and action points for the client.
Requirements
Passion for Data: Strong enthusiasm for working with data and learning new tools, including the ability to navigate and utilize Kynetec's tools.
No Fear of Data: Comfortable working with large datasets and deriving actionable insights.
Openness to Learn: Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
Agricultural Background: Strong understanding of agriculture, agribusiness economics, crop science, and key market trends.
Commercial Insight: Ability to translate data into commercial insights that drive business growth.
Education: Degree in Agricultural Sciences, Business, or related field.
Experience: 5+ years in strategic account management, business development, or client-facing roles within agriculture or market research.
Technical Proficiency: Proficient with HubSpot CRM; familiarity with data harmonization and analytics tools is advantageous. SAS solutions experience is advantageous.
Global Experience: Experience managing multi-national accounts and collaborating with regional and local teams; knowledge of global agricultural markets preferred.
Client Communication Excellence: Strong written and verbal communication skills; English fluency required.
