Your role
Join our Asset Reporting Expert Design Team, where you'll play a pivotal role in shaping digital journeys that align business goals, user needs, and technological capabilities. Responsibilities
1. Lead experience design activities, leveraging your strong design thinking and growth mindset.
2. Plan and facilitate ideation workshops throughout the design process to align the product vision, using methods such as journey mapping, design sprints, and storyboarding.
3. Create wireframes and storyboards to conceptualize designs, utilizing prototyping skills and visual elements.
4. Develop and maintain design systems, driving adoption within development teams to ensure design consistency.
5. Design and implement interaction models and user interface designs for complex financial solutions.
6. Collaborate with and manage the activities of external design agencies.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers and product managers to define and implement innovative solutions for today and the future.
Your expertise
1. Degree or certification in Interaction Design, User Experience, Human-Computer Interaction, or a similar field.
2. Minimum of 5+ years in UX Design and/or Interaction Design.
3. Comprehensive experience across the UX spectrum, including discovery and exploration, user research, information architecture, and user journeys.
4. Proficient in prototyping and visual design, particularly with Figma.
5. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills within a complex agile work environment.
6. Communicative, independent, and proactive personality.
7. Ability to thrive in a dynamic and changing environment, particularly within an agile setup.
8. Excellent English skills (both spoken and written); German skills (understanding) are advantageous.
9. Background in the financial industry is a plus.
