The Senior Business Consultant is an experienced and analytical professional with a background in portfolio management and a strong affinity for IT. This role is primarily focused on the implementation of the AMINDIS software and addressing client needs through in-depth analysis, tailored solutions, and project management. Additionally, the Senior Consultant will support the creation of client proposals, ensure successful project execution, and assist in coaching junior team members when necessary.
Main responsibilities Shows in a clear and precise manner the different modules of the software solution AM DIS and IN DIS.
Collaborates proactively with the Senior Sales to prepare the most relevant demonstration scenarios.
Understands the users’ needs, in order to offer our solution in the most optimal way.
Works in the key European markets, mainly Belgium, France, Switzerland, Luxembourg, and the Netherlands.
Actively answers the specifications within the “Business Development” team.
Contributes to the achievement of sales objectives.
Works proactively in the “Business Development” department and collaborates effectively with other departments of the company, especially the managers of the consulting team.
Collaborates effectively with the Marketing Manager to structure customer/market communication and marketing materials (Web, social media, …).
Qualifications Master in Finance or Economics.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial software sales or as a business consultant in portfolio management.
Essential skills Good knowledge of asset management, portfolio management, and business analytics.
Knowledge of performance calculation and/or knowledge of the insurance business is a plus.
Good knowledge of French and English (Dutch is a plus).
Good understanding of how software works.
Ability to easily understand customer business needs.
Proficiency in Office tools (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel in Europe.
Dynamic, able to take initiatives, and result-oriented.
Ability to work and collaborate with others.
Agreement with the values set by the company and readiness to convey them.
