Position Summary
Under general direction of the Director - Application Services, this role executes all necessary configuration activities to ensure that global pharmaceutical manufacturers receive the services according to their signed Master Service Agreement (MSA). The role also monitors the daily data transmission compliance with service level agreement (SLA) in place with manufacturers and Company vendors. Finally, the role works with other members of the team to implement, configure, and maintain the information systems used to keep track of operating records and to extract reports.
Duties and Responsibilities
* Configure Cencora ERP system (SAP) to ensure manufacturers receive the agreed upon services.
* Coordinate EDI setup with Cencora IT and EDI teams of manufacturers and/or their external 3rd Party Logistics.
* Monitor EDI transmission to manufacturers and/or their external 3rd Party Logistics partners.
* Configure the Company web portal to provide access to manufacturer users.
* Maintain manufacturer profiles for EDI connectivity and active web portal modules.
* Monitor data transmission to the Company web portal database.
* Monitor the Company web portal and the EDI Support mailboxes; coordinate activities with all necessary stakeholders within the Data Service Team to support manufacturer inquiries.
* Support execution of periodical validation of manufacturer users entitled to access the Company web portal.
* Support ad-hoc analysis of data alignment between SAP and the Company web portal or the transmitted EDI transactions; maintain an exception log with explanation of discrepancies.
* Perform related duties as assigned.
Requirements
* Broad training in fields such as business administration, engineering, computer science, or similar vocations, generally obtained through completion of a four-year bachelor's degree program or equivalent combination of experience and education.
* Experience in customer support and issue resolution.
* Demonstrated experience executing as a technical and data analyst.
* Experience with pharmaceutical product data is a plus, but not required.
* One to two years directly related and progressively responsible experience.
* Authorized to work in Switzerland or can independently secure a work permit for Switzerland.
Minimum Skills, Knowledge and Ability Requirements
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills across internal and external partners and manufacturer customers with English being the primary language of communication.
* Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
* Ability to implement processes resulting in satisfactory audit practices.
* Experience in data analysis and visualization methods.
* Strong computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to operate effectively with Company systems and programs; proficiency in Excel and Access.
* Knowledge of VBA scripting.
* Outstanding organizational and problem-solving aptitude; attention to detail.
* Tact, diplomacy, and courtesy; strong interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in SQL and analysis tools.
