Tasks & Responsibilities
* Track, analyze, and optimize existing campaign performance using analytics tools and customer journey insights.
* Develop and implement end-to-end campaigns across web channels including email and SMS ensuring alignment with eCommerce objectives.
* Conduct detailed end-to-end testing to ensure seamless customer experiences across channels and troubleshoot any technical, content and communications issues.
Must Haves
* Experience with eCommerce: Understanding of eCommerce flows, sales funnels to implement effective campaigns.
* Understanding of campaign tracking (Google Analytics 4 GA4), user behavior insights, and A/B testing.
* Proficient in tools like Customer.io Platform: Automation, Data, Content Creation for building, automating, and tracking email and SMS campaigns.
* Experience managing cross-channel campaigns (email, SMS, website) and tracking results for optimization.
* Data-Driven Optimization: Experience interpreting data and analytics from multiple sources to refine campaigns and recommend improvements.
* Technical Troubleshooting: Skill in identifying and resolving issues related to campaign deployment and customer experience in a digital environment.
* Project Coordination: Ability to manage timelines, collaborate across departments, and ensure seamless campaign execution.
* Proficient in German and English.
Nice to Haves
* Skilled at using Contentsquare or similar for in-depth analysis of digital interactions and optimizing customer journeys.
* Ability to update and manage web content to ensure consistency with campaign messaging using CMS tools.
* All other languages are a bonus.
