Position Summary
As the Receptionist at the Nestlé Headquarters, you will represent the company as the first point of contact, embodying the Nestlé values and ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors and stakeholders.
A Day in the Life of a Receptionist
* Efficiently manage visitor check-ins to ensure a professional, safe, and welcoming environment.
* Ensure effective communication flow with all internal and external stakeholders.
* Organize planned group visits to facilitate a smooth flow in the area and a positive experience.
* Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
* Handle security-related tasks and other assigned duties with diligence and care.
What will make you successful
* Hospitality degree or equivalent with experience within the hospitality industry.
* Confirmed successful experience as a receptionist or in an administrative role.
* Previous experience working in a fast-paced multi-cultural environment.
* Experience in security protocols is preferable.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Flexible, with strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Customer-focused with a high level of accuracy.
* Ability to maintain a professional and calm demeanor in a dynamic environment.
* Good knowledge of MS Office tools.
* Fluency in French and English.
