About the Job
Our team is seeking a skilled professional to provide support and expertise to Operations in Europe. This role will focus on achieving objectives related to quality, productivity, and costs, as well as implementing the LSM Central strategy.
Key Responsibilities
* Achieve ambitious SLA's/KPI's on TAT (turn around time) and accuracy for Operations (Classic Retail) in the Central Region.
* Develop and maintain expertise in Underwriting processes, particularly MNP, and guide monthly renewals process.
* Collaborate with in-country operations to ensure timely and correct support/processing of tasks.
* Support the implementation of the LSM Central strategy by working closely with local management and the Senior Manager Operations Europe.
* Ensure seamless transitions from Underwriting to local Operations.
* Perform audits and quality checks, especially open DOT tasks in Underwriting and Operations teams.
* Process complex tasks, including exceptions and high-priority MNP cases.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date standard operating procedures reflecting activities and responsibilities.
* Standardize and optimize internal processes, such as MNP.
* Provide timely and proper reporting on Business As Usual (BAU) activities.
* Participate in projects and programs as required.
* Adhere to all relevant regulatory requirements, including Solvency II, fair treatment of customers, Financial Crime, Data Protection, Conflicts of Interest, and Whistleblowing.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of Underwriting processes and procedures, including MNP.
* Experience within the insurance industry, preferably in transactional insurance systems such as Genius, DOT, or Liberty Link.
* Advanced verbal and written communication skills in English and Norwegian, with ability to interact with diverse groups.
* Good organisational and prioritisation skills, with ability to establish and maintain deadlines and service level agreements.
* Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and proactively resolve issues.
