We are hiring a versatile Senior Cisco Network Specialist in Basel looking for an exciting challenge.
Our client is globalising their Networking infrastructure, building & merging their Dubai, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Paris, USA and Swiss branches.
Tasks
1. Lead complex network projects, such as globalizing and standardizing network infrastructure, ensuring on-time and budget-compliant delivery.
2. Perform network configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting tasks, focusing on Cisco and Fortinet technologies.
3. Develop and execute network strategies aligned with business and IT infrastructure objectives.
4. Efficiently manage the network operations budget and negotiate vendor contracts.
5. Collaborate with IT and cross-functional teams to achieve operational goals.
Requirements
1. 5+ years experience in network operations, design and network security.
2. Strong experience with Cisco & Forti Network technologies.
3. Proven track record in managing and operating mid-to-large-scale networks, with hands-on expertise in virtual firewalls, cloud solutions, and WLAN technologies.
4. Experience building / working in International IT environments.
