You will support the Head of Legal with various tasks to streamline operations and facilitate decision-making.
You will enhance the efficiency of legal services by managing administrative tasks, allowing attorneys to focus on legal analysis and strategy. You will also increase the effectiveness of legal representation by conducting research, drafting documents, and organizing cases. Ensuring compliance with legal standards and procedures will also be part of your duties.
Your Key Responsibilities
* Act as the right hand to the Head of Legal, providing comprehensive support in managing their schedule, prioritizing tasks, and facilitating efficient communication within the legal department and across the organization.
* Handle corporate matters, including entity formation, governance, and compliance.
* Handle basic contract negotiations, including drafting, reviewing, and revising contracts under the supervision of attorneys.
* Prepare and maintain litigation reports, including tracking case statuses, deadlines, and outcomes.
* Assist attorneys in preparing legal documents.
* Organize compliance trainings for employees, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and company policies.
* Maintain and update legal databases and records.
* Provide administrative support to the legal team as needed.

You Bring
* Paralegal Certification and/or Rechtsanwalts-/Notarfachangestellte.
* Previous experience working as a paralegal or legal assistant in a multinational corporate or law firm environment.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software applications.
