Context
Novartis is transforming and is looking for support for an internal project related to processes and systems harmonization between 2 different business units within the company, at a global and country level.
Major Accountabilities:
* Provides project management support to the RLT hub integration:
* Supports the PMO team in managing the project on a day-to-day basis, within agreed constraints and the specified tolerances of scope, time, cost and quality
* Supports the full end-to-end delivery of the project from initiation through to execution, transition and close
* Responsible for tracking project status and managing the project team to mitigate issues and risks
* Delivery of projects with respect to Group/industry standard methodologies
* In charge of the full integrity of the project management tracker tool
* Ensure proactively with the functions that the tool is ready to analyze for the next country meetings and highlight any challenges / risks.
* Helping on monitoring the completion of the tasks with each workstream and global functions
* Ad hoc requests
Requirements:
* University degree
* Advanced level of English
* At ease with MS Office tools, especially Excel.
* First experience in project management (Experience of integration, finance, systems and processes with ability to support the functions through the transition)
* Life sciences, commercial experience, an asset
* Organized
* Analytical
* Agile
* Able to deal with ambiguity
* Strong interpersonal skills
Workload: 100% (40 hours per week)
Role type: Onsite
Estimated start date: February 2025
Contract Length: until 31 December 2025
