Job Description Team assistant for three departments at the HQ, including directors.
Responsibilities:
Organise internal and/or external meetings for the directors or the departments; manage agendas.
Track invoicing (SAP), receiving and expediting correspondence.
Arrange travels, hotel bookings and liaise with team assistants in other countries to ensure proper logistics, including for external visitors (Egencia).
Manage expenses.
Handle monthly accruals.
Collect various documents and aggregate for presentations; scan and archive as per guidelines.
Support reception activities on an ad hoc basis (holiday coverage).
