Job Description
The Group Leader of Digital Customer Experience and Integration is responsible for driving our digital transformation by leading the development, implementation, and optimization of our digital customer platform. This role requires defining and executing a digital strategy that aligns with business objectives and customer needs, fostering innovation, and ensuring seamless integration across platforms.
* Lead a high-performing team focused on digital platform development, promoting collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning.
* Develop a comprehensive, forward-looking digital strategy that supports and accelerates the company's business goals.
* Serve as a thought leader and subject-matter expert, driving innovation through idea generation and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
* Provide leadership in shaping the platform's structure and roadmap, identifying key milestones, and driving continuous improvement.
* Monitor the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to ensure the platform remains at the forefront of digital customer experience.
Requirements
* Extensive experience in digital platform development, management, and continuous optimization. Strong understanding of the Waste-to-X business model.
* Knowledge of various business applications, including ERP, CRM, EAM/CMMS, PDM, DMS, and CMS.
* 5+ years of experience in a similar role as Leader Digital Customer Experience & Integration.
* University/Masters degree preferably in Engineering, Business, or equivalent education.
* Business fluent in English; proficiency in additional languages is an advantage.
