Job Description
In this newly created position, you are responsible for driving sales activities, providing technical expertise and building bridges between the engineering teams and customers.
* IDentify target markets and develop business opportunities to drive revenue growth
* Gather customer requirements, build sustainable relationships and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams
* Foster strong customer relationships through regular visits and ensure timely resolution of customer concerns
* Achieve sales targets by leveraging product knowledge and technical expertise
* Provide pre- and post-sales technical support, including product demonstrations, configurations and troubleshooting
* Serve as a liaison between customers and internal stakeholders in product management, engineering and production
* Stay up-to-date on market trends and industry developments to identify opportunities for innovation
* Develop and deliver high-quality proposals, quotations and tenders to secure new business
* Represent the company at industry events and conferences
* Optimize sales processes and structures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
