Position Overview
To reinforce our Quality Assurance department, we are looking for an Associate - Quality Assurance. This role supports quality assurance activities for Geneva-based trading companies to meet GMP/GDP expectations and comply with regulations and corporate requirements.
Main Responsibilities:
* Ensure compliance with GMP/GDP expectations, regulations, and corporate requirements.
* Support the maintenance of the Lilly Quality Management System (QMS).
* Manage interactions between commercial, supply chain, external manufacturing organizations, and Global Logistics to ensure GMP/GDP compliance in supply chain activities.
* Provide guidance and assistance in resolving quality issues in collaboration with other corporate functions.
* Train Lilly newcomers of roles with GxP impact on Lilly QMS.
* Serve as the Eli Lilly Export S.A. Quality Management Power User/Data Steward within SAP.
* Support the Change Control and Deviation Management System.
* Manage projects within the quality scope, ensuring successful implementation and integration.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 3-5 years of experience in quality assurance, preferably in a trading or pharmaceutical environment.
* Ability to work effectively as part of a team with excellent communication and organizational skills.
* Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
* Strong problem-solving skills.
* Knowledge of SAP is an asset.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications.
* Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, Pharmacy, or equivalent is desired.
Languages:
* Proficiency in English and French is mandatory; knowledge of other languages is advantageous.
Additional Information:
The contract is subject to a valid work permit in Switzerland.
