Main focus: Administration & Payroll Switzerland
In this versatile position, you will be jointly responsible for processing the payroll of our Swiss subsidiary with all related administrative tasks and follow-up activities as well as the associated consulting of employees in tax and social security matters. Furthermore, you will be responsible for coordinating the payroll of the two international national companies in the Netherlands or Austria in cooperation with the local payroll service provider. The preparation of evaluations and statistics as well as other small project tasks round off the varied job.
Required experience and skills:
1. A completed commercial apprenticeship and ideally several years of professional experience in the field of human resources
2. Solid knowledge of Swiss wage tax and social security law
3. Knowledge of a common accounting program, ideally SAP HR, and the use of MS-Excel
4. Good comprehension skills, flexibility and enjoy working independently and on your own initiative
5. A high degree of customer orientation
