As Chef de Partie in our newly established Staff Restaurant, you and your team act as both hosts and culinary experts. With fresh, creative cuisine and an open ear for the wishes of our team, you help ensure that our colleagues feel truly at home.
Your Responsibilities
* Preparation of varied, balanced menus for our team – with attention to detail and a passion for quality
* Being a host in the staff restaurant: welcoming, engaging, and creating a positive atmosphere
* Leadership of a team of 4 people
* Menu planning and implementation of culinary theme weeks – your ideas are welcome
* Combination of buffet service and live cooking
* Ensuring smooth operations in your section – from mise en place to spotless kitchen closure
* Adherence to hygiene regulations according to HACCP – cleanliness is second nature to you
* Close collaboration with the kitchen team, purchasing, and HR – to ensure a great experience for our crew
Expected from 01.06.2025 - 10 months,
* Completed training as a certified chef or equivalent qualification
* Experience in both hot and cold kitchen, ideally in communal catering or the hotel industry
* A passion for working with people – you enjoy being a host, even for your colleagues
* Strong organizational skills, resilience, and a structured working style
* Creativity in menu planning – seasonal, balanced, and full of flavor
* Good German and English skills, Italian is a plus

Zwischen 1848 und 1900 ist das Grand Hotel Kronenhof in Pontresina entstanden. Der Kronenhof gehört zu den führenden 5 Sterne Superior Häusern im Oberengadin und war das GaultMillau-Hotel des Jahres 2008. Unser Hotel erhielt unter anderem sechs der begehrten Travellers‘ Choice Awards des Onlineportals TripAdvisor und wurde zum besten Hotel der Welt ausgezeichnet. Ausserdem wurde uns von Schweiz Tourismus der Prix Bienvenu verliehen, der Award als gastfreundlichstes Luxushotel der Schweiz.

Neben der grosszügigen Wellnessanlage laden das "Grand Restaurant" in klassischem neubarocken Stil (300 Sitzplätze, 2. bestes HP-Restaurant der Schweiz), das à-la-carte Gourmet-Restaurant "Kronenstübli" (16 Punkte GaultMillau), die Bar und das Sonnenrestaurant "Le Pavillon" unsere internationalen Gäste zum Erholen und Verweilen ein.
