About the Role
* This position plays a crucial role in the management of assigned programs, including client servicing and risk reporting.
Responsibilities
1. Perform daily tasks within the program, monitoring processes and ensuring timely reporting of risks and exceptions.
2. Train stakeholders on GSCF's services and systems, evaluating and implementing changes as required.
3. Develop and maintain professional relationships with business partners, participating in potential projects.
4. Evaluate and implement agreements, ensuring all program relevant manuals and procedures are up-to-date.
5. User acceptance testing of new features and release to production.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Banking & Finance or equivalent.
* Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Operations roles within supply chain finance, trade finance, or banking.
* Fluent English (written and oral); every additional language is an advantage.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, especially Excel.
* Knowledge of Jira and Confluence beneficial.
* High accuracy and efficiency under set deadlines, keen analytical skills with attention to detail.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proactive mindset with willingness to drive process improvements.
