Job Description
Responsibilities:
* Lead and organize a skilled base maintenance team with the aircraft supervisor.
* Act as certifying staff to release aircraft into service and perform double inspections.
* Review and perform troubleshooting, testing, implementation, and maintenance activities according to the Maintenance Organization Exposition (MOE) procedures.
* Assist in ordering necessary tools and ground support equipment.
* Coordinate scheduled and unscheduled maintenance requirements.
* Liaise the status and condition of the aircraft systems during the maintenance activities against the relevant departments.
* Ensure all maintenance activities comply with regulations and are well-documented.
* Obey and actively promote the Safety and Quality Policy.
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of practical experience in base maintenance.
* Holder of EASA Part- Category B1/C certification with a minimum of one of the following type ratings:
* Gulfstream IV/V with experience as Certifying Staff.
* Experience in a leadership position is advantageous.
* The ability and flexibility to work and adapt in different environments.
* Advanced troubleshooting experience is desirable.
* High motivation and willingness to take initiative.
* Awareness of the highest standard in terms of quality, reliability, and safety.
