Professional skills
* Graduated at University level in life science, marketing or communication or MBA.
* Minimum 5 years of applicable experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the API business.
* Basic knowledge in the field of ESG sustainability would be a plus.

* Fluent in English and/or German or Italian. Additional languages are a plus.
* Knowledge of the main marketing tools including Social Media.

Tasks
* Marketing
* Set up the company's communication strategy using the most suitable integrated information and digital marketing tools from a strategic and operational point of view.
* Development, planning and implementation of target-group orientated effective marketing strategies for different product formats and devices worldwide (online and offline) for all the company's products.
* Manage the production of brochures, posters, company catalogues.
* Create and update the company websites.
* Maintain corporate identity and logos.
* Creation and update of corporate and product dedicated presentations.
* Management of company newsletters and any communication to be disseminated via e-mail marketing tools.
* Drawing up action plans to gather potential customer reactions to new and existing products.
* Collaborate with external graphics and communication companies and define the most suitable provider for each project.
* Responsible for Online campaigns like LinkedIn.
* Develop and deliver internal and external communication plans to raise awareness of the benefits of medical Cannabis and Linnea's role and mission.
* Coordination of the development of any new marketing and communication tools in collaboration with Sales and Scientific Departments.
* Create persuasive key messaging and broaden message delivery to new and existing constituents across the world. If needed, country specific strategies are to be developed.
* Preparation of the Marketing Plan on annual basis and sets adequate checkpoints during the year.
* Organize trade shows and major events and participate in person when required.
* Propose the necessary annual resources for adoption in the budget to properly support the requested results.
* Controlling of budgets for promotion and trade show expenses.
* Preparation of training material to be dedicated to Linnea employees, Linnea agents and distributors, Linnea licensees (Finished Products) and Linnea customers (Ingredients), coordinating with Sales and Scientific Departments.
* Support the sales department with tailor made activities for customers to improve sales.
* Conducting and evaluating market and competition monitoring and analyses and company analyses.
* Conducting SWOT analyses of own products.
* Maintenance of image material for the group of companies and for all products.
* Management or collaboration in development projects of the company.
* Create monthly reports for the area of competence.
* Request to travel up to 20%.
