Key Account Manager - Enterprise Software

Responsibilities:
* Manage relationships with large companies and financial institutions as the primary commercial contact.
* Generate leads and execute independent sales cycles at major accounts.
* Present and demonstrate software capabilities to key decision-makers.
* Collaborate with experienced pre-sales consultants throughout the sales process.
* Work closely with the Marketing & Inside Sales Department to achieve shared goals.
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent, accompanied by several years of relevant work experience.
* Strong sales acumen and a proven track record in solution selling.
* Excellent communication and social skills, with a well-established network within large organizations.
* Affinity for IT systems and performance management processes.
* Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
* Fluency in German and English languages.
* Able to learn from feedback, reflect on personal performance, and drive results independently.
* Willingness to travel (20%).
