Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate crisis management procedures to ensure timely responses to emerging issues.
* Liaise with response teams to resolve evolving problems, providing critical support to staff communications.
* Manage documents, databases, and reports, delivering high-quality outputs in a timely manner.
* Support the Senior Advisor with travel planning, event management, procurement, and recruitment initiatives.
* Assist the Executive Assistant during periods of high workload or leave, ensuring seamless continuity.
* Perform additional tasks as required, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
Requirements
* Fluent English and French language skills, with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and the internet, with advanced Excel knowledge and data presentation capabilities.
* Maintain confidentiality and discretion, working effectively in diverse cultural and ethnic environments.
* Develop strong relationships with colleagues, partners, and stakeholders through exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
