POSITION OVERVIEW
The person in this position will be empowered to define and drive changes, and influence and contribute to the company’s strategy for future business growth. The role reports to the EMEA Sales Leader and the region/territory for the position is EMEA. The position will be based out of Switzerland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Identify and develop new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, partnerships, products, and services as well as looking for new ways of approaching and reaching existing markets.
2. Identify new market trends, technology and solutions for the focus segment and sub-segment.
3. Connect potential suppliers, customers and channel partners with the organization to develop solutions/products and partnerships.
4. Prepare a detailed strategy for growth and be responsible for driving both internal and external teams to be successful.
5. Represent the company at trade shows and industry events.
6. Work closely with product management, segment management and R&D to define future products and solution needs for growth.
7. Work closely with the commercial and FAE teams to understand customers’ needs to define growth strategy.
8. Focus Segment and Sub-segment: Datacenter – AI Server and others, 5G Telecom, Large DC Systems for Telecom and other industries.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. Minimum 10 years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in a commercial role.
2. At least 60% of travel is required within the entire EMEA region including Israel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Self-driven, motivated and creative.
2. Open and curious to learn new technologies.
3. Collaborative team player.
4. Experience required in either Switched-Mode Power Supply (SMPS) or Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) technologies.
