The ideal candidate will create strategic content, lead internal events, and foster a unified company culture, ensuring consistent messaging aligns with Sulzer's 2028 vision of growth and excellence.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute comprehensive internal communication strategies and plans that align with Sulzer 2028, objectives, and values.
2. Manage and coordinate all company-wide internal communication channels, including intranet, social media, and email newsletters.
3. Write, edit, and review internal communication materials, including executive messages, company-wide announcements, and other employee-facing content.
4. Organize and execute company-wide events, such as virtual town hall meetings and webinars, to foster a sense of community and pride among employees.
5. Create high-quality, engaging audiovisual content for various communication channels.
6. Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure consistency and alignment in messaging and branding across all internal and external communication channels.
7. Analyze and report on key metrics related to employee engagement, content performance, and other internal communication KPIs to drive continuous improvement and optimization.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of five years' experience in corporate communications focusing on stakeholder and change communications, ideally in a stock listed company.
2. Bachelor's / Master's degree in communication sciences, journalism, or other business-related field.
3. Excellent communication skills in English and German (native/proficient level).
4. Strong track record in writing with a view to communicate in a simple and easily relatable style.
5. Demonstrated skill in producing basic video content, minor editing, and familiarity with tools like Adobe Premiere Pro etc.
6. Experience working with digital platforms for content development and publishing is a plus.
7. Team-oriented, independent, and proactive way of working.
