Switzerland Recruitment Manager (Pharma & Med Device)
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior CAD Leader to join a leading global biopharmaceutical company based in Bern, Switzerland.
This is an exciting 12-month contract opportunity for a talented professional to play a key role in managing and enhancing the CAD team's capabilities and ensuring the smooth functioning of technical data management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Prioritize and manage workloads within the CAD team to ensure efficiency and on-time delivery.
* Edit and customize CAD data, including P&IDs, floor plans, electrical installation plans, and other technical drawings.
* Administer the Data Management System (Meridian) and manage data cloud storage.
* Implement and carry out necessary adaptations to CAD systems, improving processes and workflows.
* Provide valuable support for engineering projects and audits.
* Oversee and manage 3D scan data, ensuring accuracy and integration into CAD workflows.
* Implement and maintain SAP master data (FLOCS) and ensure data integrity.
* Maintain technical documentation and support the Engineering and Maintenance departments with CAD drawings.
* Serve as an Engineering SharePoint administrator and manage the archive as a Records Coordinator.
* Act as the author of TrūVault and oversee technical data management processes.
Required Qualifications:
* Over 5 years of experience as a CAD team leader, with a strong track record of team management and resource allocation.
* Degree in Engineering (FH or equivalent) or relevant technical qualification.
* Proficiency in AutoCAD, Planr 3D, Revit, and Access.
* At least 5 years of experience working in a GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) environment.
* German and English Written and Spoken.
* Excellent planning, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
* Strong leadership personality with a flair for team building and resource management.
