We are currently looking for an Instrumentation and Control Engineer to join the EI&C (Electrical, Instrumentation and Control) team.
Key Responsibilities:
General planning of electrical consumers: Determination of requirements and planning of the arrangement of electrical consumption units
Execution: Preparation of electrical floor plans, detailed electrical schematics, and outgoing circuit lists for the switchboards in the electrical room
Drives and frequency converter drives: Planning of motor systems and suitable systems for frequency converter drives
Execution: Preparation of detailed electrical schematics and parameter lists for frequency converters
Power supply and UPS systems: Planning of uninterruptible power supplies (UPS) and identifying solutions for suitable backup power systems
Execution: Preparation of detailed electrical schematics and outgoing circuit lists. The required drawings are integrated into the electrical floor plans
Lightning protection and equipotential bonding: Design of lightning protection systems and creation of equipotential bonding plans
Execution: Detailed systems for lightning protection and equipotential bonding are created, and all drawings are integrated into the electrical floor plans
Requirements for planning: Access to architectural floor plans, electrical requirements, norms and standards, consumption and load data, construction site information, specific client requests, and coordination with other trades
Key Skills:
Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field
Previous experience in electrical design and planning for commercial or industrial projects
Proficiency in electrical design software (AutoCAD, COMOS, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite is highly desirable
Proficient in English and/or German
