Our Worldwide Kids Childcare team members can enjoy creating long lasting memories with their team and with family guests in our beautiful resort settings. You will be part of an international team of childcare professionals from the UK, Greece, Germany, Russia, and France. As a member of the Worldwide Kids team, you are the person who makes a child’s holiday unforgettable by delivering safe, exciting, and unique experiences. Worldwide Kids run engaging and varied activity programmes which feature cognitive, creative, and physical activities and make use of all the amazing facilities in the resort. Our childcare assistants have bags of energy and enthusiasm!
We are looking for passionate, flexible, and committed people to work in our luxury resorts worldwide. Worldwide Kids Activity Leaders will understand that safety is the top priority whilst being supportive and flexible team players. They will benefit from having worked with large groups of children.
Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth running of the childcare in the resort
Assist and occasionally deputise for the kids/teen club supervisor
Ensure the safety and welfare of the children within your care and the care of the staff working alongside you
Be proactive in suggesting suitable age-appropriate, action-packed activities for the children in your care to enjoy
Decorate the setting in a way that is both welcoming and stimulating to the children and their families
Attend daily briefings from the WK childcare supervisors and manager
Liaise directly with parents/carers of the children who are attending the clubs
Be the face of WK within the hotel or resort
Step in operationally when needed to cover for breaks, sickness, and holidays
Be proactive and imaginative in ideas for special promotions
Adhere to all company policies and procedures
Minimum Requirements: Experience working with children aged 4 years – 17 years
Caring and passionate about working with children
Excellent interpersonal skills
Endless enthusiasm and a professional and positive attitude towards providing a first-class service
Fluent English speaking
Team player
Sports and/or arts background
Childcare/teaching qualification
Knowledge of an additional language would be advantageous
