Job description, tasks:
* Conducting projects, preparing inquiries and providing ongoing technical support to business partners.
* Cooperation with the sales department and Product Manager on current technical issues regarding supported solutions.
Your profile:
* Technical knowledge of advanced Security and Enterprise Networking solutions.
* At least 2 years of experience in pre-sales support for the above-mentioned solutions (work for a reseller or distributor).
* Ability to read technical and tender documentation.
* Good knowledge of English (allowing reading technical documentation).
* Independence and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work under time pressure and set priorities.
* Focused on achieving the set goals.
* Possession of Cisco technical certificates (e.g. CCNA, CCNP etc.) and others in the field of Security.
* Knowledge of company solutions, e.g. Cisco, Checkpoint, Palo Alto, etc.
* Experience in implementing the above-mentioned solutions.
