Key Responsibilities:
1. Engaging in marketing and lead generation across social media platforms, leveraging online strategies to attract potential clients (training provided).
2. Conducting structured phone and Zoom interviews, following company-provided scripts to identify and convert high-intent prospects.
3. FOLLOWING UP WITH CLIENTS TO SUPPORT THEIR PROGRESS, ENSURING ONGOING ENGAGEMENT AND SUCCESS WITH OUR PERSONAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAMS.
4. Utilizing advanced AI-powered tools, using automation to streamline client attraction, engagement, and conversion.
5. Managing and optimizing your own work schedule, organizing tasks effectively to maximize productivity and results.
6. Attending weekly training sessions (3-5 per week), staying updated with industry trends and continuously improving professional skills.
