Our Group HR team is seeking a dedicated and motivated Working Student in Global Compensation & Benefits (f/m) to support various compensation and benefits processes. This role offers valuable hands-on experience in an international HR environment.
A job that matters: your tasks
Report directly to the Vice President of Global Total Rewards and provide administrative support.
Collaborate on various compensation processes, including compensation reviews, short-term and long-term incentives.
Support projects related to HRIS compensation modules, job grading, and benchmarking.
Conduct market research and create internal and external reports.
Prepare presentations, documents, and reports.
Assist with administrative tasks, including meeting organization, schedule coordination, document management, invoice processing, and expense reporting.
An experience that matters: your skills
Enrolled student at a Swiss university or university of applied sciences in Business Administration, HR, Economics, or a related field.
Preferably some work experience and availability for a 24-month working student position.
Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel (pivot tables, formulas) and PowerPoint.
Comfortable with analytical work and data processing.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written); German is a plus but not mandatory.
Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced, international environment.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
