As Digital IT Analyst and Project Manager Customer Service, you will lead our IT Projects in Customer Service as well as manage our existing ERP, CRM and eCommerce infrastructure in Customer Service and Supply Chain Management. You will support the Head Customer Service to ensure that our customers and patients have access to our medicines at all times. This involves thorough project planning & execution and collaboration with diverse cross-functional teams, suppliers and 3PL.
Major Accountabilities:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
1. Digital Development of Customer Service and Supply Chain Processes
2. Responsible for Project Management in Supply Chain Management
3. Yearly project plan incl budget in cooperation with Head Customer Service
4. Work with IT to get business demands moving into projects. E.g. create Project Charter, Enhancement Requests and push to approval
5. Run Projects in cooperation with internal and external IT teams from blue print, business requests, UAT, go live and hyper-care phases incl training of users
6. Work with Vendors and IT on managing and monitoring existing interfaces for Customer Services and Supply Chain processes
7. SAP Super User for Supply Chain Management
8. Create Incidents in Novasol for CH Operations
9. Monitoring and Management of Ecommerce tools like eShop, GHX and XML customers
10. Support on Customer Service daily business, IDOC Management and Incident handling
11. Support on onboarding process for new employees
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
1. Master's Degree in IT or Business Administration
2. Experienced in eCommerce, EDI Processes
3. Sound experience in managing medium to large projects in a global and preferably healthcare environment
4. Experience in process digitization and other IT related projects
5. Experience with writing requirements for system changes and functional specifications
6. Business process expertise in Customer Service and Supply Chain plus Project Management and Change Management. Very good functional knowledge of ERP (SAP) and CRM system (Salesforce) of advantage.
7. Expert Excel knowledge
8. Excellent communication, collaboration, partnering and facilitation skills
9. Customer Focus - Acts on customer feedback and takes concrete steps to find solutions to customer needs; keeps things simple with the customer in mind; sticks to commitments made to customers.
10. Fluent in German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Additional languages are beneficial
