About the BORA Project
We are embarking on a digital transformation journey with the BORA project, which aims to deliver a new ERP solution that will enable Corporate Services to fulfill their fiduciary responsibilities and provide more value to the business.
The ERP FP&A Solution Architect plays a key role in managing and optimizing FP&A processes within an ERP system. This role reports to the IATA ERP Technical Lead.
Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Design financial reports and dashboards using IATA ERP modules.
2. Analyze financial data from all ERP modules to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
3. Document processes including Reporting, Master Data, and Programs interfaces.
4. Ensure accuracy and consistency of financial data across all reports.
5. Provide technical guidance and leadership to development teams during FP&A solution implementation.
6. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
7. Conduct thorough testing of FP&A solutions to ensure they meet business needs and perform reliably.
8. Create and maintain detailed documentation of FP&A solutions, including design specifications, configuration settings, and user guides.
9. Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for FP&A-related issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
10. Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in ERP and FP&A processes, recommending improvements to existing solutions.
11. Attend project review meetings and report on progress.
Requirements
1. Proficiency in SAP FP&A modules and reporting tools.
2. Knowledge of other financial systems and tools.
3. Familiarity with data analytics and business intelligence tools.
4. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design and optimize business processes.
5. Excellent communication skills to interact with stakeholders and provide training.
6. Project management: ability to manage projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
7. Fluency in English is mandatory.
