Responsibilities:Lead the recruitment, selection, and onboarding process for student ambassadorsOversee ambassador-led projects and initiativesMentor, train, and evaluate ambassadors to ensure effective leadership and student representationOrganize and manage VIP visits and Open Days in collaboration with ambassadorsPlan and execute the summer program, ensuring an engaging and high-quality experiences for participantsCoordinate with faculty, industry partners, and other stakeholders to develop impactful summer programsOversee logistics, student engagement, and administrative tasks related to the programsRecruit and manage student volunteers to support program operations Be coordinate with other teams (marketing, registry, admission, administration, maintenance, F&B, events) to ensure a seamless student intake process. Support student onboarding and orientation programsEnsure smooth integration of new students into the campus communityOrganize welcome events and integration activitiesDevelop, promote, and manage student sports activities and initiatives on both Glion and Bulle campusesLiaise with external sports facilities and trainersEncourage student participation and engagement in sports-related and wellness eventsProvide mentorship and guidance to the Sports Committee PresidentManage the Student Development Services email inbox, ensuring timely responses to inquiriesSupport the Student Government Association (SGA) activities and initiatives on the Glion campusSupervise the Marketing & Student Development Services intern, providing guidance and development opportunitiesContribute to enrichment initiatives that align with the institution's student experience strategy Profile and experiences: Bachelor's degree in education, Hospitality, or a related fieldPrior experience in student development, event management, or a similar roleStrong leadership, organizational, interpersonal and communication skillsExperience working with student groups, leadership programs, extra-curricular activities and engaging in sports activities is a plusAbility to work collaboratively in a multicultural and dynamic environmentPassion for student engagement and developmentFlexibility to work evenings or weekends for special events as neededFluent in both English and French Other information: Type of contract: undefined period of time contractActivity rate: 100%Location: Route de Glion 111, 1823 GlionStart date: 28.04.2025 jid1a2bc1da jit0311a
