Mission: The NEXUS Service department is responsible for all products, tools and services for independent garages and distributors:
* Platforms (parts ordering, training, lead generation, etc.)
* Solutions (technical information, technical assistance, etc.)
The N!Academy-Learning Management System Administrator will reinforce an already existing function and play a crucial role in managing and maintaining the LMS to ensure effective learning experiences.
Duties and responsibilities
The N! Service-Learning Management System Administrator is responsible for all functions required for the proper use of the services offered by the LMS platform, whether in terms of implementation for users, content and usages, security, maintenance or updates. He/she must ensure that the LMS is used correctly, is accessible, and provide support in resolving problems with his/her various contacts (IT, users, providers, etc.).
For that purpose, he/she will perform the following activities to ensure the overall success of the N!Academy learning programs:
* Manage users and permissions
* Administer courses and content
* Oversee enrollments and registrations
* Monitor learner progress and performance
* Provide technical support
* Ensure system security and compliance
* Facilitate communication and training
* Customize and maintain the system
* Collect feedback and enhance the system
* Coordinate with vendors and stakeholders
