Job Title: Outside Sales Representative
We are seeking a results-driven outside sales representative to develop and execute a sales strategy that builds new and expands current customer relationships.
As a sales professional, you will be supported by our team with the necessary tools, training, management, and competitive compensation to ensure your success.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Identify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stages.
2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
3. Exceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals.
4. Mentor teammates and participate in training and meetings to share knowledge and best practices.
5. Stay up-to-date on market and industry trends to educate prospects and clients on our unique value proposition.
Qualifications:
1. Lives in and is authorized to work in the U.S.
2. Solid phone manners and ability to communicate effectively.
3. Interest in helping people and solving problems.
4. Ability to work independently and manage own career.
5. Coachable and willing to follow a proven system.
6. Determination and grit.
Compensation:
$100,000+ per year, commission-only.
